I received my Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages with a focus on Portuguese. Since graduation with my Bachelor's, I have continued my education path working towards a graduate certificate in Communication Sciences and Disorders. I am most passionate about English, Spanish, Portuguese, and helping children acquire language. In my experience helping struggling students with college courses and exams, we always seem to enjoy each others company. I believe learning a second or third language is very important especially if you live a country with so much diversity and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, yoga, tennis, and playing fetch with my dog.
