My formal education includes a B.A. in Philosophy from Loyola University in Chicago, TESOL certification from Thongsook College in Bangkok, and an Early Childhood Teaching Credential from the District of Columbia. I have taught in a variety of classrooms throughout the world including private language schools in China, Bilingual environments in Thailand, Montessori in Virginia, and Public Charter Schools in both DC and Detroit. I play the ukulele and enjoy singing. I am very excited to share my range of experiences and energy with the learners at Varsity Tutors!
