I always enjoyed being a student and once I began tutoring in college, I knew teaching was exactly what I was meant to do. I love watching students learn new skills and grow mathematically. I have been a math teacher in grades 7-12 for the past 11 years; I've taught students with all different backgrounds and abilities. It's fun to see how different everyone thinks and I enjoy finding methods that "click" with students. I look forward to learning alongside you!

Aside for my nerdy interests (math geek here), I enjoy everything nature: hiking, kayaking, biking, camping, etc. I also do some woodworking as a hobby as well as reading, traveling, and spending time with my family.
