Using my experience in program initiatives, optimizing the learning atmosphere and promoting a safe environment, I have a proven record of exceeding my goals and expectations set. The use of both Data Driven Instruction and Data Driven Decision Making for planning and evaluation bring goal setting and actualization together in my teaching. I believe my use of effective verbal and non- verbal communication of goals and expectations positively as well as consistently has enhanced over time creating a nurturing/safe environment where learning can thrive.

I enjoy reading, hiking & gardening. I have a dog, Sax a cockapoo who loves watching me be a chef in the kitchen. I have visited 5 continents, numerous countries and all 50 states (many multiple times). I lived in a village in Alaska only accessible by boat or small plane, Chicago, Illinois and every city size in between.
