- I started teaching during graduate school at University of Illinois Urbana Champaign where I got my PhD in Physiology.
About Me
I am currently a Biology Professor teaching Anatomy and Physiology as well as Genetics and Molecular Biology. My teaching philosophy consists of three parts, presenting information through different media types to help students who learn better visually, linking topics to current events, and providing skills students will learn outside of school. I believe these ideas will help students not only learn the material but will help them retain in by seeing how the ideas taught in class apply to their life. My areas of expertise primarily focuses on Biology, with a focus on Anatomy and Physiology as well as molecular Biology. I can also help with math and science down to the middle school level.
