She believes that the knowledge and passion she offers in the world is needed in all communities and by remaining focused on serving others, she can continue to show up as her best self. Through maintaining a calm, joyous learning atmosphere, Imari invites students to surprise themselves in a supportive space to show up as their authentic self and learn something new. Imari's educational background is extensive, and she is often referred to by her colleagues and friends as a professional student. Completing her Associates Degree through dual-enrollment in high school, while also working part-time at the local court-house, Imari is a natural born multitasker, extremely hard-worker, and has phenomenal communication skills. She has obtained an Associate Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies and Business, and a Master's Degree in Communication Management. She has worked professionally with attorneys, surgeons, retail companies, and private businesses, supporting their expansion and continued success. Imari has tutored with public schools, charter schools, privately throughout the local community, and with companies, such as Sylvan Learning and TutorDoctors. Her experience is extensive, and she has seen endless different students exceed their own expectations with a little bit of hard work, and a lot of fun when working with her!

Compassionate, loving and educated certified educator, with a passion for ESL, ESOL, and Special Education students. Imari continues to bridge communication gaps to build confidence in her students, supporting them in continually overcoming barriers to excel academically and in life! Throughout her years, Imari has always found her solace at the beach. It is no surprise then that she finds her happiest memories spent with friends and family near the ocean. Living in the Jacksonville area has been the most rewarding, as she is able to spend her mornings meditating, practicing and teaching yoga, and enjoying a walk with her pup on the beautiful sandy coastlines.
