About Me

I am a mechanical engineering PhD student who one day hopes to be a professor. I completed my undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering at Cedarville University, and I am completing my PhD at Ohio State University. The focus of my research is solid mechanics and fatigue, but statics and mechanics of materials have always been my favorite engineering topics. I have taught robotics camps (starting in highschool where I developed a curriculum for teaching middleschoolers), violin, and space camp. I have tutored statics and mechanics of materials, MATLAB, Solidworks, physics, algebra, pre-calculus, calculus, physics, and dynamics, and elementary and middle school math. I have had truly wonderful teachers at that really inspired me, and I want to be that to others. I think education is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves, and I would love to help others as they're seeking to accomplish their educational goals.
