About Me

I am a third-year medical student at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine in Michigan. I graduated from Wayne State University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in chemistry. I am currently tutoring material related to the USMLE Step 1 exam. During my undergraduate years, I worked extensively as a general chemistry tutor, where I developed a strong passion for helping students understand difficult concepts. Through my experience working with a wide range of learners, I've come to appreciate that students have diverse learning styles. I've also learned that effective tutoring goes beyond simply conveying information and requires building a genuine connection with each student to better understand their goals, challenges, and motivations. I believe my ability to connect on a personal level and tailor my approach to each student's unique needs is what makes me an effective tutor.
