As a dedicated tutor with over 5 years of experience, I strive to create a supportive learning environment where students find that they can conquer math and are making great progress in doing so. I have a Master's degree in electrical engineering from MIT and a PhD in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University and have been a tenured professor, but my passion is to help children realize that they can do math easily and it's actually fun. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering curiosity and confidence, and I get incredible joy from seeing my students discover how smart they really are.
