Certified Tutor
I graduated from UCSB with a BA in Physics. While i was in school I did some one-on-one tutoring for high school physics. I love math and science, and getting to share that passion with other students is a really rewarding experience. My strength as a tutor comes from my patience and listening skills. Everybody learns at a different pace, so I think it's important to be open and adaptable to best serve each student's unique needs. I encourage students to ask questions, and see wrong answers as an opportunity for constructive feedback. Ultimately, I want tutoring to be something exciting and engaging for students instead of a chore. In my free time I love drawing, painting, and spending time in nature.
