Hello:
Greetings to all aspiring scholars and leaders looking to achieve academic success via Varsity Tutors. My name is Gary Loafman. I am extremely excited about the opportunity of working with motivated students like you.

My Philosophy of Education:
Education is the saving grace of society and humanity. It is both an institution and personal undertaking that rewards us for a lifetime and manipulates posterity. Therefore, part of my role as an educator is to help students and families understand the unique and powerful potential of change that a dynamic quality education can make in the formation of great people and future leaders of our world.

Within the scope of defining quality education, I promote several factors as fundamental;
All people can learn and achieve.
Listen to the learners.
Learners need individual care.
Failure contains a formula for success.
Access and acquisition lead to achievement.
Holistic education comprised of components addressing mind, spirit and body is best.
Educate character.
Never assume.
Promote lofty goals and maintain high expectations for success.
Embrace diversity and allow for expression of thought and critical analysis.
Experiential learning has great value.
Plan for success and never forget the value of using Blooms taxonomy in lessons.
I believe that students can learn in any setting.
Education is about perfecting communication.
Focus on identifying students, accessing their needs, and providing them with the tools they need to learn.
Educators and institutions should be pillars of reliability which students can lean on during difficult times of growth.
Education should be fun, produce excitement and enthusiasm not only among students, but also among faculty, administration, staff, parents, and community members.
All members of the educational process need to be shown how taking ownership can produce significant results.
