I have tutored various math subjects from basic math to college trigonometry for friends, family, coworkers and their children, and struggling students. I believe that tutoring is a two-way street. I like to explain the problem and have the student teach it to me to make sure everything is understood. I also love giving helpful hints and shortcuts on solving certain equations. I think that I am a very flexible person when it comes to my tutoring style. I know that everyone learns differently and it is my duty to do everything in my power to help my students succeed. If one explanation isn't quite getting through, there are always many other ways to get the solution across. I love to help people and tutoring allows me to make a difference I can see. In my free time I like to solve all types of puzzles, read, draw, and explore Houston.
