Alison is a Georgia-certified teacher in Middle Grades Mathematics and Middle Grades Science (Toccoa Falls College, 2010). In addition to being certified in these subjects for grades 4-8, Alison has an extreme passion for Mathematics in general and youth of all ages. Furthermore, as a part of further pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Education, she has taken part in various teaching observation and internship experiences since her junior year of high school and has been professionally involved with a classroom setting since 2010. Her career thus far has included substitute teaching (including long-term within a Math classroom), working as a Technology paraprofessional, and as a Grade 7 Science teacher. On the college level, she often assisted students in Mathematics courses and edited academic papers from a variety of classes and levels. She has also gained experience in relating to youth as a positive adult influence through working in her church's youth group.
