I am a passionate and creative individual who goes above and beyond for the things and the people I care about in life. Personally, I have found that my true place in life is with youth from urban backgrounds and helping them overcome the boundaries and barriers set before them due to their individual circumstances. I firmly believe that success is determined by ones ability to aide others in their journey through life towards success. Teaching, tutoring, mentoring and nurturing students is what I was created to do and my instruction runs parallel with this belief. As a Graduate of Eastern Michigan University's College of Arts and Sciences and a 2012 Masters of Arts in Education recipient from the University of Phoenix, I have found my place in this world. My goal is to guide students to their place.
