By planning creative and interesting lessons, I am able to share my passion of learning with my students. A very important skill I possess is that I know how to listen to my students. In addition, I am compassionate, patient and I realize that each student is an individual with different learning styles. I actively consider my students' needs when planning lessons to ensure that their goals are met. I believe that regular assessments are integral for monitoring progress. Assessments can be formal or informal, but they are necessary to check for understanding as well as to evaluate strengths and weaknesses.
