I have a love for working with kids and have been volunteering in classrooms since my junior year of high school. Senior year I spent every day after school in a first grade classroom with kids. On breaks from college, I work as a substitute aid in my school district at home and have helped over 40 kids with different subjects and things they struggle with. I aspire to become a successful first grade teacher one day, and maybe after that even an elementary school guidance counselor. I take working with students very seriously because I hope to make a difference in their lives and allow them to enjoy what they're learning.
