Hello! Before teaching full time, I was a long term substitute teacher and a tutor. The majority of my experience is with students age 5-12. I currently teach fourth and fifth grade special education. As a special education teacher, I have experience adapting text for students, using multiple types of questions to build student success, and using technology to practice skills my students are acquiring. Tutoring can be an intensely rewarding experience for students and their tutors. Learning from different people in different settings prepares students to be learning all the time! I will happily provide parents and students with additional resources, and I look forward to your child's success.
