I have taught Preschool for four years using the Handwriting Without Tears curriculum. My tutoring experience includes teaching a variety of subjects ranging from Reading Comprehension, Science, English Language Arts, Writing , Elementary Math and Middle School Math. I am also certified in General Education and Special Education within New York State. I do not believe in teaching through worksheets, but through modeling, games and practice. When I am not teaching, I run marathons, train for olympic lifting events and crossfit. Baking cookies and learning new recipes is also a favorite activity for me at the end of the day!
