I assisted elementary school students that were either relatives or family friends. I continued my passion for teaching in high school, guiding many students through a variety of standardized tests from Kindergarten to 8th grade including the Gifted and Talented examination and the Common Core ELA and Math assessments. When I became a upperclassman, I began tutoring students at a private tutoring company for Regents exams primarily in math subjects and for the SHSAT exam. Finally, I became a manager with a goal of increasing student performance by ensuring that all classes at the tutoring center were accurately and efficiently being taught.
