Also, I am a member of the women's varsity softball team at the university, and am involved in volunteer tutoring programs. I have tutored children both younger than me and my age all throughout high school and have developed a particular passion for it. I believe that there are multiple ways of learning and classroom style is not effective with every student. Tutoring allows individual plans for each student so he or she can excel no matter the subject. I love being able to help and watch a student grow and gain a better understanding of the material, but also themselves.
