I have helped them improve their writing skills in ways that they never thought possible. I am an empathetic and active listener who helped them turn their thoughts and ideas into exceptional writing material. I used a step by step method by starting with writing a good topic sentence and a solid paragraph and then leading into the parts of an essay. I also had them write for different purposes like explaining how to do something or writing a descriptive essay. I found teaching writing to be a most fulfilling task and one that left me inspired by my students achievements as much as they felt inspired by my enthusiasm and positive and encouraging approach. I also have a Ph.Din American and European literature and can tutor in those subjects as well.
