I am very passionate about the success of students and the general excellence of the entire institution at large. Seeing students excel in the things they do, inspiring students' interest in their academic and social work, maximizing students' individual performance in their school work, and instilling a sense of self-worth among all students are the things I thrive for in my career. It is my honor to work with wonderful staff members, teach students, serve an institution/district that maintains highly educational standards, and also provide students with opportunities for diverse and personal growth. I have a Master of Arts in Secondary Education Degree with an Endorsement in TESOL (Teaching English to Second Language Speakers). I graduated with honors from Liberty University in May 2017. I am currently doing my Doctorate in Leadership in Education and Administration. I currently serve as an ESL (English as a second language) teacher/educator/coach in schools serving grades K-12.I have a great passion for children. I am currently working as a home instructor for Hamilton County schools in Ohio. I also work with Fairfield City Schools ESL (English as a Second Language) department for after school and summer school programs. My experience and some daily job duties is to assist and put together creative lesson plans, teach ESL and regular classroom curriculums, create schedules, tailor instructions to meet various student's individual needs, work with students from grades Pre K-5 with their vocabulary development, fluency, articulation and comprehension skills, act as a liaison between students, family, school and community, implement detailed student evaluations with highly praised instructional delivery, help administer standardized tests, track students progress against state standards, work together and coordinate with other teachers, administrators, parents, provide effective classroom management, among others. I am an enthusiastic volunteer and a reliable team player. Together with other staff members, I helped organize and grow after school programs such as homework club, cultural events, tutoring clubs, big brother/sister mentoring club, English, math, and science clubs. I am great with technology, from Microsoft Office Suite/Windows, Power Point, Smart board operation, Excel, among many others.
