About Me
My philosophy for teaching is strongly supported by my belief that all students deserve access to quality education. Not all students come from the same background, thus I strive to create an all accepting classroom environment that meets each students' specific needs. I make sure to meet all my students where they are, whatever level that may be, and help build them up to surpass their expectations and achieve their goals. I prefer to have a wide net of teaching methods geared towards addressing different learning styles, because I feel it is important to design my methods in a way that collectively supports my students' distinct learning processes. My goal is to provide students with the opportunity to learn in the way that fits best for them. I believe students should be able to learn in a stress-free environment and at a pace that does not impose unnecessary pressure on their learning process. Through my extended experience as an educator, I have always made it a personal goal to make the learning process for my students enjoyable and engaging. I am a very quirky, positive, and outgoing person which translates over to how I connect with my students. It is of utmost importance to me that my students smile and laugh in my classroom and genuinely want to come to class. I will always go above and beyond for my students, as it is my passion to ensure that they all have a progressive educational experience that leads them on toward future success.
