Additionally, I have worked as a tutor and have found that work to be the most rewarding as it allows me to interact more closely with individual students as we work on skill development and building confidence. Test prep has been a focus of my tutoring, helping students prepare for high school entrance or placement tests, SAT, ACT, and graduate tests. Whether I am tutoring for test prep or for school subjects, my goal is always to inspire, educate, and motivate each student to grow and learn.

Gardening is one of my favorite pastimes and I get great satisfaction from growing fruits and vegetables from seed to harvest. Having always been interested in plants and animals, I was led to running a summer nature camp where I could teach students about the environment, conservation, and hands-on lessons in understanding and preservation of our natural resources.
