These credentials allow me to truly challenge my scholars and facilitate growth! I've spent the last 7 years teaching third graders at a Title I charter school. During the last year and a half, I've mastered teaching online due to the pandemic. This experience taught me that I'm extremely driven to facilitate a warm and rigorous learning environment via technology. I teach and tutor all elementary subjects, although math and reading are my true passions! My personal teaching philosophy is firmly centered in teaching the whole child: mind, body, and spirit. Scholars must be comfortable, confident, and valued in their learning environment to thrive and succeed. This drives me to create a positive and effective learning environment for ALL scholars.

In my free time, I'm an avid reader, writer, and dog mom! I love yoga, baking, and art. As an educator, I spend a great deal of time furthering my own education in order to be the best instructor I can be!
