About Me

I graduated from Wake Forest University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a minor in Communications. I completed my student teaching in third grade at the Arts Based Elementary School in Winston Salem. After I graduated from college, I moved to New York City to work for a scent marketing agency where I was the bookkeeper and administrative assistant. However, due to the unseen circumstances of COVID I returned to my hometown in NC to pursue teaching in my school district for the past two years in first grade (virtual and in person). Since then I have tutored in grades from kindergarten through sixth grade during the summer and after school.
