About Me

I am certified in Elementary Education, Middle School Education (Language Arts, Social Science), and School Counseling. I enjoy helping others reach their potential. I have helped others on several platforms. My career includes working as Guidance Counselor (elementary school), substitute teacher (elementary, middle, high school), tutor (elementary and middle school) and an NCAA Division I Cross Country & Track and Field Coach. Currently I am an Associate Professor at a University. I teach Health and Sport Management course. In addition to teaching, I also host workshop to provide skills, guidance, and motivation for students and adults "live their best life".
