About Me
I am a graduate of the University of Illinois, Loyola University, and The School of the Art Institute. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in math. I continued on to pursue a masters in counseling and art. Since graduation, I have traveled extensively while tutoring and providing therapy for children with disabilities through out the state of Illinois as a Developmental Therapist for the Early Intervention Program. I provided weekly therapy and educational services for infants and children that needed to improve their motor, speech, and conversational skills. Meanwhile I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Art, Drawing, Math, Psychology, and History. In my experience helping struggling students understand their past and prepare for their future is my greatest reward. Studying for Standardized Tests and preparing for future goals can be fun and provide remarkable advancements while prepping the student for the critical reading and writing exams. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students.
