I am a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College in Upstate NY. I received my Bachelor of Science in Social Work and later achieved a certification through Cambridge to Teach English as a Second Language (ESL). After graduation, I taught in the public school system for 3 years, focusing on special education, where I worked with children with special needs, integrating them into the traditional classroom setting in all subject areas. I then moved to Mexico City, Mexico, where I taught ESL in a private institute and then I worked with the Democratic learning method in a Homeschool setting. What I have experienced is that teaching truly is a never-ending learning experience, that is indescribably fulfilling to see a student reach their goals.
