As a University of Central Florida graduate with a degree in Elementary Education, I bring over ten years of teaching experience across 4th, 5th, 7th, and 8th grades, specializing in math. My teaching philosophy centers on creating an engaging and enjoyable learning environment, where students are so immersed in the process that they forget they are learning. I have successfully passed both the elementary education and middle school math teacher certification exams on my first attempt, reflecting my commitment to excellence in education. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading murder mystery novels, gardening, and caring for my special needs cats, activities that enrich my understanding and connection with my students.
