I enjoyed assisting them with their schoolwork and after that I found a passion for teaching individuals the intricacies of building their investment portfolios with investment properties. I have given over 300 seminars on financing investment properties and all that goes with owning them. From small groups of 6-30 up to once presenting before 2,500 people. I have also taught many staff how to pass the FINRA Series 7 exam. I went to college at the Franklin College in Lugano, Switzerland and the Colorado College where i achieved a BA. I tutor general finance, real estate finance, mastering the Series 7 and law and accounting for public companies. Quite frankly I enjoy them all equally as they have been in my wheelhouse since I was 21 years old. My teaching style is by example, utilizing real world examples that I have had personally and those of my clients over the years. Outside of academia, I love business, I am a deal junkie. I love looking at and analyzing deals of all types. I also love my dogs and my life in the desert.

I love my dogs, I grew up on a ranch so I enjoy animals. I have interest in cars and watches.
