I am passionate to help students of all types and situations, to be more successful in a challenging topic like chemistry to accomplish their aspirational goals. Too many students are not given a proper opportunity by not having an instructor who is interested in them and wants the best for them. I have a Bachelor's (BS) in Biochemistry, and a Masters' (M.S.) and Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Chemistry. I have been teaching and tutoring for almost 20 years as an undergraduate student, graduate student, and now a full-time chemistry instructor and have tutored and taught High School students, University-level students, Community College students, military, returning adult learners, you name it, I've probably have taught it. I most enjoy General, Organic, and Biochemistry topics. I teach in a "I do, We do, You do" philosophy where we work through a problem together and then you attempt it. Chemistry, as most math and science courses, is best learned by doing rather than watching and having a professor tell you instead of discussing it with you.
