Jeff

I am a licensed teacher (ESL and Spanish) and have over 15 years of ACT/SAT tutoring experience. Before joining Varsity Tutors, I was an ACT/SAT prep course instructor for The Princeton Review and Kaplan Test Prep, where I helped students develop the skills and strategies needed to succeed in all areas of the exam. My 5-star reviews reflect consistent success in helping students improve their scores and confidence after working with me. My tutoring approach is structured, targeted for all skill levels, and results-driven. I focus on identifying patterns in a student's mistakes, strengthening rhetorical skills, and using time-saving shortcuts on math questions that lead to measurable score improvements. In addition to test prep, I have 10 years of teaching experience and a master's degree, allowing me to explain complex concepts clearly and efficiently. I am professional, punctual, and well-prepared, and I tailor every lesson to each student's goals.
