I am a passionate and dedicated educator with a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of South Florida, committed to supporting diverse learners in achieving academic success. My specialization in dyslexia reading intervention, combined with over three years of tutoring experience, has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in teaching reading comprehension, phonics, and English to elementary and middle school students. My instructional approach is grounded in the Orton-Gillingham methodology, an evidence-based, structured literacy approach that enables students to break down words into manageable components. Through this method, I empower students particularly those with dyslexia to build essential reading skills while gaining confidence in their abilities. I believe that every student is capable of growth when provided with the right tools and support. I strive to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students celebrate their success!
