About Me

Greetings! I am a mathematics educator with a doctoral degree in Early Childhood Development and Education, with a focus on Child Development. My background has equipped me with a deep understanding of how students learn mathematics, as well as how math anxiety and attitudes toward math impact overall performance. With 15 years of combined experience in early childhood and public-school education, including 11 years teaching middle school math and two years in higher education as an adjunct faculty member, I bring both depth and versatility to my work. I currently serve as both a teacher and director of my own online school, where I continue to support students and families in meaningful ways. My teaching experience spans a wide range of age groups and learning levels. I have taught young learners foundational skills such as phonics and basic arithmetic, helping them build strong academic beginnings.
