I graduated from University of Delaware certified to teach k-6 any subject and 7 and 8 ELA, and I have been teaching 7th grade ELA and coaching middle school softball for the past two years. While I continue my education at West Chester University of Pennsylvania studying literacy, I aim to educate based on the idea that students should have a place where they feel safe and supported enough to grow into their potential. Above all I, believe in giving students a safe space to express themselves, explore their potential, and develop a love for learning. In turn, this will guide them to become analytic thinkers, which will ensure they are ready for whatever lies ahead of them. I am am excited for the opportunity help students in grades 4 through 8 by tutoring them Language Arts like reading, writing, and mechanics, and study and organizational skills.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing creatively, spending time outside, watching baseball, and going to the beach.
