During my second Master's (which gave me my teaching certificate) I substitute taught for almost 4 years in the elementary grades. I have been an ESL tutor as well as a Math tutor and private teacher for a family. I tutor a variety of subjects but am most passionate about Math and English. In my experience, tutoring does not have to be monotonous and boring. There can be engaging pieces that make it fun for students that lead them to want to come back and learn.

I am a booktrovert and a board game lover. My husband and I have about 200 board games. I also enjoy watching a good cheesy Rom-Com as well as baking and decorating cakes.
