I've been a Certified Salesforce Admin and Trainer for 10 years. I've trained over 1,000 users in organizations as small as a dozen people and as large as multi-nationals, working with the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Nonprofit Success Pack versions. Before discovering Salesforce, I was Director of Training at a nonprofit job-training organization and Assistant Director of a social service organization. I also taught college English for several years. There nothing I enjoy more than seeing the spark of understanding in a student's eye, whatever the topic!

To start with, I'm a passionate fan of Boston sports, especially the Bruins. In addition, I am a proud Scandinavian American, and many of my interests relate to my heritage. I lived in Oslo for three years, and I speak and read Norwegian fluently. Finally, I have a strong interest in Modern art and enjoy visiting museums and galleries. I love finding a work that absolutely stumps me!
