I graduated from Winona State University with a double major in English Creative Writing, and Spanish, with a minor in Literature and Language. Both the English and Spanish faculty selected me for 'The Outstanding Student Award', as a testament to my passion for learning, and achieving excellence in my chosen subjects. Working with students is so rewarding for me, as I know having an encouraging mentor can change the course of your life by building confidence, and reminding you that the stars are only a jump away if you take the leap. So I like to get to know each student, their goals, and test out different styles of tutoring to see what is most effective for their success!

I am very interested in civic and communal engagement, activism, yoga and meditation, the arts, fashion, and spending time disconnecting from our fast-paced world in nature. We can plant whatever seeds we want in this life, and it is such a blessing to watch them grow!
