As a dedicated college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Brandman University, I have a passion for tutoring that stems from my own academic journey. With over two years of informal tutoring experience, I've consistently supported peers in subjects such as AP Biology, AP Chemistry, and high school math, fostering a collaborative and engaging learning environment. My teaching philosophy centers on understanding each student's unique challenges and encouraging a positive mindset, ensuring they feel comfortable asking questions. My interests outside of school include many physically-active hobbies such as going to the gym and playing volleyball and badminton. I also enjoy playing the piano and writing in Korean and English interchangeably.
