About Me

Greetings, I am pleased to introduce myself. My name is Queen, and I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from the University of South Florida, home of the Bulls. During my time at USF, I also became a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, completing their rigorous program to enhance my leadership skills and academic achievements. Throughout my academic journey, I discovered my passion for Algebra and Biology, excelling in both subjects. In my final year of college, I had the rewarding experience of working as a substitute teacher for Kelly Educational Services. This role allowed me to teach students ranging from Pre-K to high school in Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida. It was here that I developed strong skills and confidence in working with students of all ages. My time as a substitute teacher ignited a passion in me for helping students learn and understand their coursework, particularly in mathematics. I believe that math is an essential and fundamental part of our daily lives, and it is the subject I am most eager to tutor. My goal is to help students not only improve their math skills but also develop a genuine understanding and appreciation for the subject. Thank you for considering my application.
