Hey there! During my time at Columbia, I honed my teaching and scientific communication skills as a teaching assistant for Introduction to Biology I & II and Molecular Biology courses. I also gained valuable research experience working in a Biochemistry and Molecular Biology lab, which complemented my teaching endeavors. I have experience teaching both high school and college-level students, and I am passionate about making complex concepts accessible and engaging. In my tutoring sessions, I like to start by discussing the big picture or outline of a concept. From there, we will build on this foundation with detailed information. To reinforce your understanding, I incorporate problems after each section, allowing us to apply what we've learned and assess your grasp of the material before moving on.
