Additionally, I'll seek mentorship from those who've been where I am, because a great leader always makes room to receive wisdom from others. The first step to being intelligent is humbling myself before any opportunity to learn something new, and being able to admit, as well as understand, that there is more I don't know than I can even comprehend.
