Having worked as both a chemistry tutor in a STEM lab and a teaching assistant for Chemistry 1046, I've guided students through challenging coursework ranging from general and organic chemistry to advanced problem-solving in labs. I am currently expanding my expertise in biochemistry (BMB 401), giving me a strong foundation across the entire chemistry curriculum. What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to make difficult concepts clear and approachable. I have consistently helped students raise their grades, strengthen their study habits, and build the confidence needed to succeed independently. My background in teaching diverse learners has equipped me to quickly identify where a student struggles and create tailored strategies that turn weaknesses into strengths. Outside of academics, I enjoy playing piano, exploring new areas of science, and engaging in problem-solving activities such as puzzles and strategy games. I also value writing and reflection as creative outlets, and I enjoy mentoring others both inside and outside the classroom.
