I'm a dedicated educator and writing consultant with over 8 years of experience helping students succeed in school and beyond. I've worked with learners from elementary through college, teaching everything from reading comprehension and essay writing to SAT/ACT prep and college readiness. My goal as a tutor is to make learning engaging, approachable, and tailored to each student's needs. Whether you're strengthening your writing skills, preparing for exams, or building confidence in the classroom, I'll meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be. I graduated cum laude with a degree in English and a minor in Psychology from Marygrove College, where I also served as president of the English Honor Society. Along the way, I've received multiple awards for my writing and leadership. I also bring real-world experience as a teacher, writing center lead, and published writerso I know how to connect academic skills to everyday goals. I'm passionate about helping students discover their voice, unlock their potential, and gain the tools they can carry forward long after tutoring sessions end.
