About Me

I'm a tutor specializing in English and digital media, grounded in an ethos of collaboration and curiosity. I believe learning is most meaningful when it's driven by genuine interest, so I work with students to identify what excites them and build from there. Whether we're developing an essay, analyzing a text, or shaping a multimedia project, I approach our sessions as creative workshopsspaces to explore ideas, ask questions, and grow skills with confidence. I my MA in Journalism from NYU, and my BA in Journalism with and English minor at Howard University where I focused on how people share stories and make meaning together. My goal is always to support students in finding their voice, strengthening their critical thinking, and feeling empowered in how they communicate.
