I work full time as a nursing success coach and tutor at a state college and am passionate about guiding students on their best path for growth. My specialty is tutoring in dosage calculations and nursing math, yet I have skill in and enjoy tutoring in strategies for test taking, clinical judgment, studying, time management, and learning nursing content. I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Master of Health Science from Saint Francis University. And I am a long-time RN who has worked in a wide variety of practice settings and specialties across the U.S. I also hold certifications in case management and coaching, which compliments my student-centered approach to tutoring. It is ultimately the student who decides which methods and strategies work best for them.
