Hi there! I hold a Bachelors Degree in Arts and Performance from the University of Texas Dallas, with a focus in public relations and film studies. I currently teach Yoga (asanas + philosophy) as a 200hr certified yoga instructor. I also assist in coaching other yoga teachers in my community to help expand their practice. As a 25+year veteran of the film+TV industry,I coach actors and film makers on their craft and participate in co-learning screenwriting groups. I love arts and languages. I have studied, and actively study many languages including French, Spanish, Muskogean languages, Comanche, Choctaw, and Mandarin. I believe arts and language serve a function to connect and heal humanity. I serve to teach students in a grounded, colorful and inclusive way, unique to each individual learner.
