Through his work with UCLA admissions, Joe Lee has scored over 15,000 college applications and seen (and decided) firsthand the subtle difference between essays that get admitted and those that get lost in the pile. And as a former high school principal, he has spent his career mentoring students to not only build winning college applicant profiles, but also get the most from their high school years and pursue subjects, activities, and careers that they love. With over 10 years of evaluative admissions experience, Joe helps students view their candidacy through the exact lens that admissions offices will and uses that insider perspective to help 8th-11th graders build a compelling profile and 12th graders maximize the impact of their essays and application.
