I am a graduate student in Early Childhood Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, with over 8 years of experience supporting children ages 3 through 18 through individualized tutoring, childcare, and academic enrichment. My background includes extensive work at Kumon Math and Reading as the General Manager, private language tutoring, and experience working in childcare, ranging from newborns to teenagers! I specialize in early childhood and elementary education, including school readiness, literacy development, foundational math skills, and personalized learning support. I'm passionate about creating engaging, structured, and nurturing environments where children feel confident, supported, and excited to learn. In addition to English, I offer Spanish and Persian (Farsi) language support and bilingual learning exposure. My approach combines warmth, professionalism, and strong developmental understanding to help each child grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Outside of education, I’ve always loved experiences that involve connection, adventure, and lifelong learning. I worked as a ski instructor for 3 years, which taught me a lot about patience, adaptability, and building confidence in children through encouragement and trust. I’m also passionate about languages, travel, and cultural learning. Alongside English, Spanish, and Persian (Farsi), I’m currently learning French and Arabic to become a polyglot. Traveling has always been a huge part of my life! I’ve visited 22 countries by the age of 22 and had the privilege of studying abroad twice! I love bringing global perspectives, curiosity, and cultural appreciation into the way I connect with both children and families.
